Privacy policy for Impact Shows AS


What we do:

Impact Shows As supplies shows, artists and other entertainment to customers in the entertainment industry. We also order flight tickets, train tickets, hotel rooms and other services for artists, actors and other persons with direct connections to these shows, artists and other entertainment services.

Collectively, we refer to these products and services as ‘our services’.


What type of information we collect and how we use it:

We collect and process your email address, your name and your telephone number.

Our legal basis for how we treat your personal information is legitimate interest.

We have a legitimate interest in marketing our services to existing and potential new customers to increase our sales.

Your rights and freedoms are not seriously impacted.


For those that are business customers:

We collect and process your email address, your name and your telephone number.

When you order entertainment services from us, or request information about our entertainment services, we use this information to send you contracts and other relevant documents, press material and invoices in connection with your order or enquiry. When you order entertainment services from us, we request also the email address, name and telephone number of technical and other personnel at your venue that require information from us, or that we need to contact, in connection with the entertainment you have ordered from us.


For those that are potential business customers:

We collect and process your email address, your name and your telephone number.

When you express an interest in, or request more information about, entertainment services from us, we use this information to send you relevant information about our entertainment services.


For those that are private customers purchasing tickets for events:

We collect and process your email address, your name and occasionally your telephone number.

We require this information to send you tickets you have purchased and to send you information you need from us

about the event.


For those that are artists, musicians or actors:

We collect and process your email address, your name and your telephone number.

We also collect your date of birth, sex, civil status, nationality and home address to comply with our responsibility by Norwegian law to supply this information to The Central Tax Office for Foreign Tax Affairs in Norway in connection with any visit to Norway.

We collect your name and date of birth in order to order flight tickets and other tickets for public transport for you.

Our legal basis for how we treat your personal information is legitimate interest.

We have a legitimate interest for processing this information in order to contact you

with relevant information in connection with your travel information and other relevant practical information connected with performances.

Your rights and freedoms as an individual are not seriously impacted.


For technical personnel, tour managers, chauffeurs and other personnel travelling with shows and other entertainment:

We collect and process your name and date of birth in order to order flight tickets and other tickets for public transport for you.


Our legal basis for how we treat your personal information is legitimate interest.

We have a legitimate interest for processing this information in order to contact you

with relevant information in connection with your travel information and other relevant practical information connected with performances.

Your rights and freedoms as an individual are not seriously impacted.

For those that are suppliers:

We collect and process your email address, your name and your telephone number.

We use this to order, or request more information about, your products and services.


How we treat your information:

We never share information we have about you to a third party, with the exception of when it is necessary to give your contact information to other persons with a direct connection to the shows or other entertainment services you order from us, or to comply with a legal requirement.

For example; tour managers or artists that require your contact information.


For artists, actors and musicians, Norwegian law demands that we supply information such as your date of birth, civil status, sex, nationality and your home address to The Central Tax Office for Foreign Tax Affairs.


This information is never shared with any other third party unless there is a legal requirement to do so.


Storage and deletion of personal data:

We store the information we have about you for the sole purpose of delivering our services to you and sending you relevant information about our products and services.

We retain contracts for accounting and taxation purposes.

Information we have about you is stored on secure cloud-based servers.

Information we have about you is also stored on password protected hard drives.


Your right to be informed about the information we have about you:

You may, at any time, request an overview of the information we have about you.

Correction of your personal data we have stored:

You may, at any time, request us to update or correct any of your personal data we

have stored.

The right to be forgotten:

You may, at any time, request that the information we have about you is deleted from

our system.

The right to be informed of personal data breaches:

You have right to be informed, without undue delay, of any personal data breach, where that breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms.


The right to complain:

You have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority if you consider that our processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR regulation.
